The Co-operators is an insurance and financial services cooperative with over 5000 employees and 2700 licenced insurance representatives across Canada.  They are widely recognized as a leading corporate citizen with a vision to be a catalyst for a sustainable society.

Recognizing the opportunity for sustainability to be a driver of innovation in a dynamic business environment, The Co-operators organized a Sustainability Leadership Bootcamp to build capacity on the intersection between sustainability, strategy and innovation.  This project consisted of pre-workshop interviews and an in-person session in Guelph that was attended by 30+ people across the organization, including both senior and emerging leaders.

Travesia was honoured to have the opportunity to collaborate with The Natural Step once again to deliver the project and to be a part of The Co-operators sustainability story.  We are looking forward to future opportunities to support them in their journey.

“Our organization aims to be a catalyst for a sustainable society, and that requires embedding sustainability in all we do. The priority in doing so is people, particularly in developing the sustainability leadership competencies of our leaders. The Sustainability Leadership Bootcamp was a pivotal moment in our journey, and we’re grateful to Travesia Partners and The Natural Step for their support. Pong is a seasoned and creative process designer and facilitator, and it is always a pleasure to work with him.”
