Novex Delivery Solutions is one of the largest local same-day couriers in the Lower Mainland. We have supported the development of their strategic plan in 2011 and in 2013. Through a workshop we facilitated the development of their long-term vision, goals, strategies and actions to mover forward. Novex created a triple bottom line that includes social, economic and environmental targets.
